THE PLYMOUTH DEMOCRACY MOVEMENT IS NOT A POLITICAL PARTY. It welcomes all who want DEMOCRACY IN BRITAIN. There is no fee to join, It depends on donations, of time, of money, and of facilities, from hundreds of local supporters, and over 300,000 in the UK.
The DEMOCRACY MOVEMENT defends
liberal democracy in Britain and across Europe and the rest of the world. Democracy is gravely threatened by un-democratic EU government, and the single currency (the Euro).
UNLESS WE ACT FAST Britain is about to
become a police dictatorship, run by un-elected
bureaucrats in Brussels, following the path once taken by the, now defunct, hideous Soviet Union.

THE DEMOCRACY MOVEMENT is NOT
anti-Europe. It wants all the peoples of Europe to
enjoy the benefits of representative government.
We are true Europeans.
THE DEMOCRACY MOVEMENT wants
Britain to keep the £ and thereby keep control of its economy. We want Britain to keep its Common Law Justice. We cherish civil liberties such as jury trial,
Habeas Corpus, and innocence till proven guilty.
We oppose the Napoleonic Corpus Juris law which is now being introduced in the UK. We oppose 'shoot-to-kill' police, & EU police (whose officers are above the law and cannot be prosecuted) working in Britain.
On most issues about which the British people care deeply: - HEALTHCARE, EDUCATION, THE EU & EURO, IMMIGRATION, TRANSPORT, CRIME, CAPITAL PUNISHMENT, FISHING,
FARMING, ROAD PRICING, ID CARDS,
POST OFFICES, SKY HIGH TAXES- our rulers ignore us, treating us, the people, with CONTEMPT.
To restore DEMOCRACY, Britain needs the
system used in Switzerland, and the USA, whereby,
if a certain, large, number of signatures are collected, a motion must be put to a ballot, and, if voted on by a
majority, becomes law.
